This center belongs to the EducationUSA network of educational advising centers affiliated with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. We do not endorse or rank any college or university, nor do we endorse services provided by any company or organization in areas of test preparation, admissions, placement, language training, or visa procurement.
EducationUSA advisors in Ghana provide a comprehensive array of resources and services to Ghanaians who wish to study in the United States. More than 20,000 persons use these services every year. A fee is charged for these services.

The EducationUSA Advising Library
This library is the most extensive source in Ghana for information about studying in the U.S. It contains several hundred volumes of resources, including software on graduate and undergraduate study, as well as an Internet terminal.
Pre-Departure Orientation Sessions
Each year, the EducationUSA Advising Center offers a four-hour pre-departure orientation program in June/July for undergraduate and graduate students who have been accepted to U.S. universities and colleges. Current students and recent graduates of U.S. universities lead a panel discussion to answer questions about student life in the United States. Specific dates and times are posted at the EAC or on this site.
